本科留学生2021级工商管理专业培养方案

（英文授课）

培养目标

本专业旨在培养了解当代中国的政治、经济与文化，能够参与并促进中国与其所在国之间的友好交流与合作，熟悉中国国情和文化背景，了解中国人文社会、中国经贸和工商企业管理的环境，具备较强的国际化管理视野、较强人际沟通及市场经营决策能力，能胜任各类经济组织和政府部门管理岗位的复合型应用人才。

培养要求

 1、了解中国经济与管理的有关方针、政策和法规以及国际企业管理的惯例与规则，掌握中国市场交易经营方式和营销管理模式；

 2、掌握管理学、经济学的基本原理和现代企业管理的基本理论与方法，完成相关管理方法与技能的基本训练，具备企业经营、价值管理、决策支持、商业分析、管理策划与市场运维的实际工作能力；

3、了解当前经济与管理学科的理论前沿和发展动态，掌握从事经济与管理工作的定性、定量分析技能与方法，具有初步的bob体育手机登录 能力。

学制为四年，弹性学习年限为3—6年。

要求修满学分为138学分，其中课内教学为126学分，单独设置的实践性教学环节为12学分。

II. Program Description

 This program aims to cultivate talents who can adapt to the demands of modern global society. The qualified graduates shall understand general Chinese knowledge, Chinese economic and trade situation as well as Chinese culture. They shall master knowledge and abilities in management, economy, law and computer, etc., and are competitive in working at business companies and government departments with high innovation and application abilities.

 III. Special Features

 This program covers a broad range of management disciplines and related skills. In the first year, in addition to the core modules, students choose from a selection of skills modules (communication skills, foreign language). In the second and third years there is a mix of core and optional modules providing opportunity to specialize or broaden the field of study.
