Graduated from Zhejiang University with a Ph.D. degree.
Current primary research interests include strategic management, corporate governance, and industrial economics, focusing on areas such as business model innovation in corporate transformation, entrepreneurial ecosystems and regional development, global value chain governance and reconstruction, and corporate governance of state-owned enterprises and start-ups.
In academic research, has led 7 national and provincial-level projects and participated in more than 10 national and provincial-level projects; published 37 papers in SSCI, top-tier journals, CSSCI, and other academic journals.
In teaching, teaches courses such as Corporate Strategy, Entrepreneurship Management.
Other personal experience:
From 2009 to 2010, served as Assistant Director at the Development Planning Research Institute of the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission.
In 2014, was a visiting scholar at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in the United States, and visited Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management, Boston University Questrom School of Business, and Mount Holyoke College.
In 2023-2024, was a visiting scholar at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and visited the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
